Rep. Edgmon Presents his HB 294 to the Energy Committee

Representative Bryce Edgmon presents his House Bill 294 to the House Special Committee on Energy on Tuesday. The bill proposes raising the cap on the amount of residential energy eligible for state subsidy, effectively lowering energy costs for some in rural Alaska. It would also offer the same exclusion to businesses and schools.
