Rep. Neuman and Mr. Ottesen Look on as Assist AG Jeff Stark Testifies on Neuman's HB 158

Representative Mark Neuman and Jeff Ottesen, Director of Statewide Planning for the Alaska Department of Transportation, look on as Assistant Attorney General Jeff Stark testifies on Neuman's House Bill 158. The bill amends the Knik Arm Bridge and Toll Authority's enabling statute to provide for a successful procurement for the Knik Arm Crossing project. HB 158 moved from House Finance today.
