House Speaker Mike Chenault (center) calls on Alaska Dept. of Natural Resources Commissioner Dan Sullivan during a presentation Saturday on the Pt. Thomson litigation settlement. Sullivan presented the terms of the settlement, whereby the four producer companies with an interest in the unit will bring oil and gas development and production online after years of legal struggles over its development.
