Ron Lumba Raises a State Flag on the Capitol Roof Tuesday in Honor and Memory of Rep. Gatto
Maintenance worker Ron Lumba raises a state flag on the Capitol roof Tuesday in honor and memory of Representative Carl Gatto, who died early that afternoon from complications related to his prostate cancer. He was 74. A flag was flown for Gatto's wife, Cathy, and each of his four children. Alaska Governor Sean Parnell ordered state flags lowered to half-staff Wednesday in his honor as well.
