The Alaska flag at Juneau's Dimond Courthouse flies at half-staff in front of the Capitol today in memory of Representative Carl Gatto. Gatto, who was 74, died yesterday of complications related to cancer. Governor Sean Parnell ordered flags at all state buildings be lowered until Thursday.
