Alaska Natural Gas Transportation Projects Federal Coordinator Larry Persily presenting before the House Finance Committee this morning at the Capitol. Mr. Persily, who until two weeks ago was staff to House Finance Committee Co-Chair Mike Hawker, R-Anchorage, provided an update on the federal perspective on the state’s efforts to secure a natural gas pipeline.
