Representative Carl Gatto, R-Palmer, presenting his House Bill 423 before the House Health & Social Services Committee today. The bill, the Alaska Health Freedom Act, was introduced at Rep. Gatto’s request by the House Judiciary Committee last week. The H&SS Committee held the bill.
