H Floor Session: The House passed HB 307, Supplemental/Capital/Other Appropriations, HB 316, Military Facility Zones, HB 55, Definitions: Gravity Knife & Switchblade, and HB 246, Naming Certain Bridges. The following bills were introduced: SB 136, Income Tax Credit for Employing a Veteran, SB 170, Vocational Education Counseling in Schools, SB 199, Vocational Education Funding Factor, SCR 2, Uniform Rules: Presiding Officer Pro Tem, and SJR 17, Arctic Council Task Force.
H Education: The committee heard a presentation by Nenana School District Superintendent Eric Gebhart. HB 256, Repeal State Intervention in Schools, moved from committee while HB 272, Student Loan Interest Reductions, was heard and held.
H Judiciary: SB 173, 2012 Revisor's Bill, moved out of committee while HB 359, Sex Crimes; Testimony by Video, was heard and held.
H Resources: The committee heard and held HB 361, Disposals of State Resources.
