H Floor Session: The House passed HB 9, In-State Gasline Development Corporation, and HB 261, Commercial Fishing Entry Permit Loans.

H State Affairs: HJR 38, United State Constitutional Amendment: Federal Debt Limit, moved from committee.

H Finance: The committee heard testimony on education funding by school board presidents or designated board members.

H Transportation: HB 345, Waive CDL Skill Test for Certain Veterans, moved from committee while HB 212, Provisional Driver's License Sticker, was heard and held.

H Military & Veterans' Affairs: HB 366, Disaster Planning and Services, and SJR 14, Military Personnel Cuts & Base Closures, were moved from committee.

H Health & Social Services: SB 98, Biometric Information for ID, was heard and held. The committee heard a presentation of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder and the Justice System.
