Rep. Mark Neuman, R-Su-Valley (tan jacket at left), leads the opening Alaska Legislature Joint In-State Gas Caucus meeting today in the Tom Stewart Legislative Office Building. Neuman and Sen. Lesil McGuire, R-Anchorage, were chosen to co-chair the caucus, which advocates in-state delivery for home heating, electrical generation and industrial use for Alaska's natural gas.
