Edgmon Testifies in Front of House Finance on His HB 261 | 2012-03-20 : Photo Image : 4800x2700 : House Transportation Committee Representative Bryce Edgmon testifies in front of House Finance on his House Bill 261 which seeks to increase Alaskan ownership in Alaskan fisheries by enabling a larger number of state residents to purchase limited entry commercial fishing permits. HB 261 allows loans for entry permits at two percent below the prime rate and increases the maximum loan amount from $100,000 to $200,000.
