Section 1: AS 10.25.010(a) Authorizes an electric or telephone cooperative to offer a charitable giving program.
Section 2: AS 10.25.020 The powers of an electric cooperative are amended to allow electrical cooperatives to provide weatherization and energy efficiency products and services to their members.
Section 3: AS 10.25.237 Adds a new section to statute that describes the framework and requirements for the cooperative's charitable giving program.
Section 4: AS 45.45.930 Clarifies that this charitable giving program does not conflict with AS 45.45.930.
